A support code includes your app version and settings (never your task content), which makes bugs much faster to find:
- Open Plannly and go to the More tab
- Tap Generate support code
- Copy the code and paste it into your email
Common quick fixes
- Purchase not showing as active? More → Plannly Pro → Restore Purchases (make sure you're signed into the same App Store / Google account you bought with).
- A task isn't appearing today? Check its date mode — "Due by" tasks surface as the deadline approaches, while "Do on" tasks appear on their day. Recurring tasks only show on days they repeat.
- Text too small or large? More → Text Size.
