The short version: your tasks, goals and progress live on your device and nowhere else. Plannly has no accounts, no sync servers, no ads and no analytics that read your content. The only third parties involved are Apple, Google and RevenueCat — and only to process purchases.

What Plannly stores

Everything you create in Plannly — tasks, goals, milestones, completions, streaks, XP and settings — is stored locally on your device. We cannot see, read, access or recover this data. Deleting the app deletes the data.

What Plannly does not do

No account creation, sign-in or email collection inside the app
No advertising and no ad networks
No selling, sharing or monetizing of personal data
No analytics that read your tasks or content

Purchases

Plannly Pro is a one-time in-app purchase processed entirely by the App Store (Apple) or Google Play (Google) — Plannly never sees your payment details. To validate the purchase and restore it across reinstalls, Plannly uses RevenueCat, which receives an anonymous app-install identifier and your purchase status. No task content is ever sent.

Support codes

If you contact support, you may choose to generate a support code in the app (More → Generate support code). It contains diagnostic information such as app version and settings. It is created only when you tap the button and shared only if you decide to send it to us.

Children

Plannly is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this address with a new date. Material changes will be noted in the app's release notes.
